Delivery & Returns
Delivery Orders will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt, although usually within 48 hours of receiving payment, but this is subject to availability. Most orders will be sent using Royal Mail however larger items may be delivered by a courier service. All deliveries require a signature.
Delivery is charged at £2.95 per delivery address - unless stated otherwise. We also offer an Next Day Delivery Service Monday to Friday only. Please place your order before 12pm (excluding weekends) for next day delivery by 1pm*. All deliveries require a signature.

Overseas Orders: We can accept orders for delivery overseas. Minimum delivery charge will be £10 and will be quoted upon receipt of order. Please note you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please Note: We are sorry, but at the moment we are unable to deliver a PO Box No address, or to HM Forces BFPO.

Returns Policy: We are committed to selling high-quality products and we want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase you make from Womens Everything Shop Direct.
Womens Everything has a 7 Day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your item you have 7 days to return it for a full money back refund.
Returns postal charges The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility. Please ensure that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the FULL value of the goods. We will not issue any refunds on items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please obtain proof of postage.
How to Return an Item Simply drop us an email at sales@womenseverything.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.
· The goods must be in new and unused condition. · We advise that when you return a product with its original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. · Please state the 'reason for return' and attach a copy of your original receipt (we are sorry but without proof of purchase we cannot offer a refund). · Send to the address below

Email: sales@womenseverything.com Telephone: 01332 881191 The right to return the goods to us will not apply if: The product has been used The product is not in the same condition it was sent out If there is no proof of purchase If we receive the goods more than 14 days after the invoice date A full refund will be given of minus postage costs unless the goods are cancelled in which case the original delivery cost will be refunded. If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. Received Faulty Goods or Incorrect Delivery:
Should your goods arrive faulty or incorrect, you must notify Womens Everything Shop Direct within 48 hours by email sales@womenseverything.com with the following details. - Your name & address with the order number
- Details of the goods you have received and the items you ordered
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty/incorrect item it will be replaced free of charge. Return postage costs will also be reimbursed.
Cancellations:
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item(s) purchased ( excluding pierce or hair products ) from Womens Everything for a full refund. Customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt of the goods) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund. It is the customers responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
