What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a holistic healing treatment that works on the premise that the feet and hands provide a map of the body and by reading that map an experienced Reflexologist can build up a picture of the client’s health. Following illness, stress, injury or disease the body can become imbalanced causing vital energy pathways to be blocked and so not function effectively.
The feet are divided into zones that run from the toes to the brain through different parts of the body. When pressure is applied to various parts of the feet or hands, these lines of energy” flow freely through the whole body. This gentle therapy works on healing the whole body not just the prevailing symptoms.
