Salmon, Sour Cream and Chive Bagel

Ingredients 1 bagel, split 4 tbsp of fresh sour cream and chive dip 1 slice smoked salmon handful watercress, spinach and rocket salad leaves
Method
- Lightly toast the bagel and cool slightly.
- Spread the sour cream and chive dip over the base, top with salmon and the salad leaves.
- Cut in half and serve.
